  • Description: The Capital Suites is part of a northern hotel chain with locations in Yellowknife, Inuvik and Iqaluit. The hotel is located in a transformed apartment building constructed in the 1980's. ARCAN was tasked with updating the interior spaces and street elevations to better market the location as a hotel rather than the former apartments. The transformations took place throughout the guest floors, lobby, and exterior elevations.
