The building holds a small retail space, designed for a drug store, with the remaining space dedicated to offices over the 7200 sq ft two story building. The building was designed with specific details paying homage to the local culture, such as the arched entrance and the qamutiik (Inuit sled) used for the supports for the railing on the upper level.
