  • Description: The new facility is a place for gathering and sharing information including traditional knowledge and modern research; a place where Elders and researchers can share their knowledge with youth. Designed to house offices, meeting and presentation spaces for the Deline Land Corporation, Government of the Northwest Territories Parks Department and Department of Environment and Natural Resources. Built on a multipoint Triodetic foundation and PERSIST building envelope are some of the innovations ARCAN employs designing and building in the ever challenging Arctic conditions.
